Set those fears aside; Jeffrey is a true craftsman and a man of integrity. He keeps you informed throughout the repair process. My Rolex got water in it - still don't know how - and it needed a lot of parts. Jeffrey gave me an estimate and even though it required some additional parts he stayed with the original quote, which was less than quote I received at a well known hometown shop. To my amazement, Jeffrey calls and follows up after he repairs your watch. He wants you to be satisfied. My watch keeps better time now than it ever has.
