I have a 15 year-old Rolex with a quartz movement that needed a new battery. The last time I needed a battery I shipped it off to Rolex who charged over $300 and kept it for a couple of months. My wife took it in to a local jeweler who said they could ship it off to Rolex and the cost would be $495. I found the Rolex doctor on line, called the toll free number, and talked to Jeffrey. It was $75 plus shipping, and my watch was out and back in less than a week. It's working perfectly and looks great. Jeffrey kept me informed every step of the way including a follow up call after I got it back to be sure I was satisfied. I could not have had a better experience. Jeffrey is the best.
