The watchmaker is personal, his communications superb, and he loves and takes pride in what he does. The cost of his work is extraordinarily reasonable, and one feels that one is receiving the highest quality service anywhere. I just received my Men's Rolex Datejust today after having it with the Rolex Doctor and it is exactly the way it came to me when it was new.
