I sent my Rolex to Jeff after the main spring broke. The piece was 62 years old and an uncommon variety. Jeff spent months searching for parts and was able to dig them up in the most unexpected places. He kept in touch with me throughout the search and oftentimes his personable attitude turned our phone conversations into friendly chats. He even gave me some advice on my personal job search! My watch came in a few weeks ago and works beautifully. Jeff restored a piece of history when he repaired my watch, and I'm thankful to have come across him. He's a true craftsman with a genuine love for what he does.
